SOD hosted 2 amazing combat wounded veterans at Cross Heirs Ranch in Brazoria County, Texas. They were both able to hunt some amazing whitetail deer.

Jeremy Reynolds - US Army infantry served with 3rd ACR, 4 ID. 3 deployments 2 Afghanistan 1 Iraq wounded 3 times. Currently work for the Warriors Refuge as a Peer Support Specialist helping other veterans.

Jerry Adamik - US Army Retired Infantry First Sergeant - Bronze Star - 3 separate times to Iraq and 1 deployment to Afghanistan. After medically retiring Jerry has become a DPS State Trooper in the Huntsville area.

Southern Outdoor Dreams is a family-based nonprofit organization with a mission to positively impact the lives of disabled / terminally-ill youth and combat-disabled veterans by providing hunting and fishing dream adventures.
